In July 2018 Northmount was presented with the opportunity to purchase the school's present campus at 26 Mallard Rd., realizing its long-term goal of ownership and independence.
With ownership, the school is now able to wisely invest in its own property. An expansion, along with significant renovations and facility upgrades, will result in a physical plant that matches the educational program offered, which is both traditional and contemporary in its delivery.
The high demand for a Northmount education has resulted in a 40% increase in enrolment and a 75% increase in admissions applications in only four years. In order to accommodate a growing population and achieve Northmount's ideal financial model, immediate renovations are necessary.
