Technology
At Northmount we are aware of the significance of technology to twenty first century learners. However, we feel that this technology needs to be carefully managed and introduced appropriately.
All grades have the opportunity to work on projects using iPads or in our cutting edge computer room. For Grades 6-8 we introduce technology lessons covering coding, spread sheets, keyboarding and various collaborative software tools. Grade 8 students can take an elective, reach -ahead Grade 9 online course in either Latin or Mandarin. Ultimately, by the time our boys graduate, they are well rounded and able to utilize technology in their continuing educational journey.
