Northmount School provides a rigorous high school preparatory curriculum, high standards, and a long tradition of teaching excellence.

We are very proud of our success in preparing young men to enter the academic program and high school of their choice. But learning in the classroom is only part of the Knight Experience. A well-rounded education includes social, personal and spiritual growth and our school offers an abundance of opportunities.

There are numerous clubs, teams, organizations, volunteer opportunities, intramural competitions and recreational activities for students to participate and take pride in. Being involved means being part of the Brotherhood of the Knights. We strive to develop in students the power of independent reasoning, the discipline of hard work, and the life-long pursuit of Truth in Knowledge. We offer a warm and supportive environment that builds self-esteem and confidence, and promises that each individual student will “grow in a truly safe and caring atmosphere”.

The Upper School promotes a Liberal Arts education as the best way to ensure that graduates will meet the challenges presented by a rapidly changing society. As such, students are provided with the opportunity to grow as well-rounded students and to develop as young men character.

Students learn to think critically, to debate, and to enjoy academically challenging programs. With an average class size of 15 students, Northmount provides the personalized learning atmosphere needed for students to thrive.
